Refund policy

Overview

AstroJi aims to deliver high-quality spiritual products and services. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the process for returns, replacements, and refunds.

Physical Products (Malas, Yantras, Crystals, etc.)

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of receiving confirmation from our support team.
  • Once verified, a replacement or refund (as applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Digital and Personalized Services

  • E-books, reports, and digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Astrological consultations, E-Poojas, and remedial services are personalized and hence non-cancellable and non-refundable once booking is confirmed.
  • Rescheduling is allowed only once, and subject to astrologer availability.

Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within the stated timeframe. AstroJi is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

Exceptions

No refunds will be issued if:

  • Incorrect details (birth data, contact, or address) were provided by the user.
  • The user fails to attend or respond to scheduled consultation times.
  • The return request is made after the stated window.
